Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Porchlight Coffee, we offer flexible purchase options, including one-time purchases and subscription-based orders. This policy outlines how cancellations and changes work.


1. One-Time Purchases

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
  • After 12 hours, orders may already be processed or roasted and cannot be canceled

If your order has already shipped, it will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.


2. Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring charges based on the selected delivery frequency.

Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • You will be charged before each shipment is processed

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

✅ To avoid your next charge:

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date

If you cancel after billing:

  • The current order will still be processed and shipped
  • Your subscription will be canceled for future orders

4. Modifying Your Subscription

You may update your subscription at any time, including:

  • Changing delivery frequency
  • Updating shipping address
  • Swapping products

Changes must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date.


5. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

  • We may attempt to reprocess the payment
  • Your order may be delayed or canceled

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions with repeated failed payments.


6. Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are covered under our 30-Day Porchlight Guarantee.

However:

  • Refund abuse (repeated claims across multiple shipments) may result in account restrictions or denial of future refunds

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your billing and shipping information up to date
  • Managing your subscription settings

We are not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the billing deadline.
