How fresh is my coffee?

Every coffee order is roasted within 48 hours before it ships.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after they’re placed. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Once shipped, U.S. delivery is typically 3–7 business days.

How much is U.S. shipping?

U.S. orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under $50 are charged a flat $8 shipping rate. Tracking is included once your order ships.

What is the 30-Day Porchlight Guarantee?

If you’re not satisfied with your coffee, contact Porchlight Coffee within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund the purchase price of the coffee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to limit or deny repeated or abusive refund claims. See our Refund Policy for full terms and exclusions.

How do subscriptions work?

Choose weekly delivery and save 20%, or monthly delivery and save 10%. There is no minimum commitment. To avoid your next charge, make changes at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
