Is this a real company or a dropshipping site?

I'm one person (Jonathan) running this from Converse, Texas. I partner with a roaster who handles the actual roasting, packaging, and shipping to make sure you get fresh coffee.
I'm not hiding that I don't own a roasting facility. I'm being transparent about what this is: a small operation run by one person trying to bring better coffee without the corporate markup.



How long does shipping take?

Typically 3-5 Business days in the U.S.

Return/Refund Policy

At Brew-tiful Day Coffee, every order is roasted fresh just for you. Because of this, we handle returns a little differently than traditional retail.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Refunds & Replacements

That said — we stand behind our coffee 100%.

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit

Quality Issues

All orders are roasted fresh and processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

During high demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (if applicable)

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your coffee every step of the way.

Because we roast to order, your coffee is shipped at peak freshness — not weeks or months old like store-bought coffee.
