At Porchlight Coffee, every order is roasted fresh just for you. Because of this, we handle returns a little differently than traditional retail.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Refunds & Replacements

That said — we stand behind our coffee 100%.

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit

Quality Issues

Not happy with your coffee? Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to find a solution. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

Proof of Issue

To help us resolve your issue quickly, we may ask for:

  • A photo of the product or packaging
  • Your order number

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders where the wrong shipping address was entered
  • Minor shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Personal taste preferences (e.g., flavor profile expectations)

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we roast quickly after orders are placed, cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
